Shipping

Orders ship from San Antonio, Texas within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days of shipping, depending on your location.

We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the US and want a CygTight setup, contact us and we'll see what we can do.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your CygTight gear. If it's not right for your rig, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it's unused and in its original condition and packaging.

To start a return, contact us with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.

Damaged in transit?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
